Series 2, Episode 3

Notus Winds is one of the country's leading young wind quintets. Recently, they won the Royal Academy of Music Patrons' Award, and will subsequently be making their evening recital debut at the Wigmore Hall on June 2. They talk to Lloyd Coleman about their music making, and perform Piazzolla's Libertango live in the studio. We also join the National Youth Wind Orchestra of Wales in concert with acclaimed young conductor Ben Gernon.

Greek-born violinist Dora Chatzigeorgiou joins us to talk about the European Union Youth Orchestra, who recently performed in her home country, and cellist and experienced teacher Laura Hammonds has some useful advice for those wanting to teach music.
