This week, Lloyd meets the first person in the world to have developed a career as a solo percussionist - Dame Evelyn Glennie. In her extraordinary career spanning nearly 30 years, Evelyn has worked with most of the world's leading orchestras, and helped to create the vast repertoire that now exists for solo percussion by commissioning and performing over 170 new works. Lloyd went to meet Evelyn at her offices, where they spoke at length about her career and her vast collection of instruments.
